Being a native to the area has its advantage and it shows as Alice loves sharing the unique ins and outs of our beautiful lake and hill country!

Prior to real estate, Alice served as an educator! That experience has been instrumental in faithfully serving satisfied clients through loyalty and referrals from friends, family, and coworkers over the years.

She works hard to inform, educate, and protect her clients through the entire real estate transaction! And she continues after the transaction by being a trusted advisor who stays in close communication long after clients move out or move in!

In her free time Alice enjoys hiking, boating, bird watching, and spending time with her family, friends, and pets. You can find her regularly at our local Bingo nights, out volunteering at local 5k races and other community festivals and events, and helping with our wonderful organization Keep Lago Vista Beautiful! Alice also loves staying fit and has supported various personal trainers and gyms throughout our community. You can find Alice enjoying the "Friday night lights" of football season watching her son play in the marching band!
