| Job Summary |
This position provides customer service, enforces rules and assists with cleaning pool area.
Essential Duties:
Verify members paid pool membership. Communicate how to pay for pool membership.
Enforce guest policy.
Keep pool attendance register.
Test and record chlorine and PH level of the pool.
Maintain cleanliness of pool area and restroom.
Communicate posted rules in a friendly manner for the enjoyment of all members.
Performs such other duties as may be assigned.
Knowledge of: Quality customer service for members. Proper testing of pool water.
Skill/Ability to: Communicate in English. Verify pool membership on a tablet or phone by navigating a database.
Minimum Requirements to Perform Work:
High School diploma or equivalent
TX driver’s license class C, Clean drug screen
One year in a customer service role
Work outdoors
Varied work schedule which may include some evenings, weekends and holidays.
